About¶

PRRTE is the PMIx Reference RunTime Environment.

Note

We use PRRTE in conjunction with the PMIx and the Open MPI installations available on Discoverer.

To check which PRRTE versions and build types are currently supported on Discoverer, execute on the login node:

module avail prrte

The recipe followed to build the source code is available at:

Currently, the only PRRTE build available is the one built using GCC compilers. That covers all practical cases PRRTE is involved into.
